The CODE
1. Be Respectful
You must show respect towards members of the The Order and other players in game (including enemy factions). Respect and listen to our group masters.
Our members are encouraged to partake in responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages during games and events. Joining game activities such as combat is strictly prohibited under influence.
You are allowed to take photos or film events however keep other players and their privacy in mind. Don't film or photograph anything which may cause discomfort.
2. No ‘META’ Gaming
LARP is all about having fun and allowing others to have fun, the games indeed have some competitive aspect to them but we don't go out of our way to find loopholes in the rules or exploit game systems where it beats the 'fun'.
Rules are sacred and in games which are not organized by the Order we have no control over them. Respect what is written even if you don't agree with the reasoning. Everything has been put in place for a fair game and based on years of experience.
LARP is built on honesty and playing the "gentleman's" game, each player is responsible of counting their own points (be it health, armor, mana etc.).
Don’t ask excessive questions in game, especially about rules or metrics as it breaks the immersion for other players. Turn to your masters for support and ideas.
Usage of modern devices such as phones during games to share in game information is prohibited.
All rules or relevant links are available on our website, take time to familiarize yourself with the materials prior to registration.

HOUSE RULES
1. Costumes
Our signature colors are BLACK and DARK BLUE which should be incorporated into your character image. You are of course allowed to incorporate other color pallets such as silvers, purples, greys, browns etc. But avoid using RED as it is the signature for another faction in our games, unless your character lore requires it. Overall image should remain dark as our lord commands.
When participating in games you are required to "remain in character" which includes your overall look. Our theme is Medieval Fantasy, historical accuracy is not required but recommended to an extent. When picking costumes prefer natural materials such as cotton, linen, wool, leather or steel. Synthetic materials are not recommended as they look too modern and are uncomfortable to wear during activities. No bright colors.
Think about practicality of your costume. Our games are mostly held in nature and on rough terrain, wear comfortable shoes. Shoes are allowed to be modern but must still look somewhat apart (no brightly colored footwear). We recommend leather combat boots or other leather footwear of similar style. Avoid open shoes and heels.
Wearing armor is optional for most roles however if you wish to participate in active combat and shield wall we must kindly request wearing protective garments for your own safety (e.g. gambeson, leathers, chainmail, thin steel armor pieces) and helmets. Your armor must be safe towards yourself and on contact with other players (remove sharp edges and elements). Don't use non-functional armor (e.g. foam) as it is prone to breaking and becoming a hazard. You can use additional modern protection only underneath your garments and it won't count into your armor points (such as knee or elbow pads, crotch protection etc.).
The Order is able to support new players with some basic costume elements in limited quantities (such as tabards, shirts, trousers, belts). You are required to take good care of the borrowed items as they are property of other players who are supporting new joiners. Items must be returned clean and mended (happy accidents are natural during games so some wear and tear is to be expected)
2. Weapons
The Order will supply majority of players with premade weapons but you are allowed to make or purchase your own to fit your character and fighting style.
Weapons must be constructed based on Nordic Equinox game rules. More about rules: HERE
Using purchased weapons is allowed only upon agreement with masters to verify the source and safety of your potential purchase.

Archery is allowed only with a LICENCE! unlicensed archery may end up with penalties and your removal from the games. We are holding archery courses and licensing exams yearly.
3. CAMP
Camping falls into two categories IN GAME (IG) and OFF GAME (OG).
3.1 Off Game Camping
There are no limitations to your gear and comforts, besides organizer rules.
3.1 In game camping
Your tent must be looking medieval outside and inside, preferably white for your own comfort. If you are feeling adventurous it can be in darker natural colors.
Modern tents are not allowed!
Your sleeping gear in the tent can be modern but covered with medieval looking skins or cloth, so no modern gear is visible upon entry.
Hide or cover your modern utensils or other items which can cause immersion breaking.
You are can eat "modern" foods but prepare and store them in somewhat medieval looking containers.
When camping IG your sleeping arrangements may become part of the game. Which means IG items hidden in your tent can be looted. Use yellow and black stiped tape to identify OG items in your quarters and other players will ignore their existence. You are not allowed to hide IG items in storage containers with OG markings.
