You are a merciless soldier who has braved the seas of Arda and Middle Earth.  Now, you scour the lands of the Equinox in all your ferocity. Your strength is your agility and stamina. We consider this class as a more entry level due to it's low investment and low role play requirements which in some cases is easier to adapt for new players. 

Expectations for Character creation: 

  • BODY ARMOUR: You are not expected to be armored but it is still recommended to an extent for basic physical protection and additional armor points. We recommend using leather armor or other light weight imitations like ring mail shirts.
  • HELMET: There is no expectation for wearing a helmet but in order to avoid happy accidents in battle rush we still recommend considering wearing light head protection.
  • GAMBESON: Recommended - It's protection for you from our enemies and your armor. This is a personal item which can be bough or handmade for you
  • SHIELD: Recommended but not necessary. Corsairs are armed with light weight round or kite shields for more immediate protection in one on one combat situations.
  • WEAPONS: You are free to pick your fighting style based on your preferences. Our Royal Armoury will provide you with a weapon of your choice which is fit with our game and safety standards.

Other Expectations: We recommend working on your strength and stamina to be fit and agile but it's not a hard must, it's more for general quality of life.
